Well.. I sawed wrong.. :
Went at 5 past 6 to the local lumber dealer (expensive Woody) and bought a new board...
This time sawed correctly.. ;D
To my horror, I discovered that I must have sawed wrong anyway.. :-[ after a bit more investigation, I realized that it's not the same tongue and groove on the boards..
***gahaaaa... ***** *Censorship* board..
Why oh why isn't there a standard for this..?

Oh well, just have to bite the bullet and do it over & correctly.. with a new board from the slightly cheaper AKB....
