Hello.

I have a question about floor chipboard. Some say that today's floor chipboard doesn't need to have the joint centered on a beam. How can I tell the difference between such a board and an "old" one? This sounds perfect for me since the rafters and beams didn't quite end up where they should have...
Can someone help me with this, preferably with the dimensions they have as well.

Thanks for your time. ;)

If you use double-noted 22m golspån and glue both notes, cc60 is needed for no flex, but the joint does not need a stud hit.

Ok, thanks thanks. Now I know :-)
They're probably expensive as hell, I guess? Have to dig deep into my pockets ...

Check the manufacturer's instructions that should be available at the building supply store. Bauhaus sold (perhaps still sells?) boards that can withstand joints between studs and they were not significantly more expensive than other flooring chipboard.
