What should be used and which brand is recommended? Which screws are recommended for fastening the frame structure together?

The frame structure is built fastest and cheapest with a nail gun, if you choose to screw and are looking for screws at a reasonable price I can recommend Jula's hardhead art 014442, 5x90mm, 550pcs, 280kr

I used facade plugs of a similar kind when the sill was attached to the slab.

I don't quite remember, but I have a vague memory that the ones I used were around 175mm, and the garage is still standing today.
I can check if there are any left and measure.
