fixing interior ceiling panels, suggestions?
hi everyone!
I'm sitting here looking for information on how to attach my panel ceiling from Byggmax (the MDF model).
There are currently rough boards on the studs.
I've got my compressor going and I'm interested in buying a nail/staple gun, looked a bit at the cheap models (Biltema, Jula, K-Rauta, Clas Ohlson).
But what should one choose, staples or nails? And which model of these?
Thanks in advance

Brads, preferably 16g as it’s for the ceiling, but 18 works too.twester said:Hi everyone!

Then I'll buy one that takes 16, is there a thicker dyckert for that? Tried to find some information. There are too many models.
Is there no risk of shooting through the MDF boards when using dyckert? I'm not very experienced with this type of tool. But I don't feel like hand-nailing or using a screwdriver

Have heard that 18g is not approved for roofs.
I often use PL600 at home, it's convenient and avoids the mess.
It might be overkill, but the idea is that the ceiling should stay put for a long time.
Lucky this forum exists. Was pretty sure that a staple gun was preferable.
The previous ceiling was a panel model that felt like some type of tritex (spelling), it was attached along the wall with anchor nails and then with heavy staples.
