Hello, we knocked a hole in a cast and plastered 25 cm thick interior wall in the basement of our old house to lay new plumbing in the floor.

However, the hole extends a bit into the wall, and I need to fill it in now that the plumbing is laid and the floor trench is cast. I was thinking of repairing by bricking in a piece of leca and then plastering again. B-mortar for both bricking and plastering, would that work? Since the hole is fairly round and the leca is not, it will require a substantial layer in some places, so perhaps repair mortar is better, or even press pieces of plywood and try to "cast" it again with coarse concrete?

Can you access both from inside and outside?

Sure, should have written that it's an internal wall, I changed it above :)

The chiseled hole is about 20x30 cm.

Now I'm more inclined to push up a piece of formplyfa from the sides and leave an opening on one side where I'll pour in with coarse concrete instead (because I realized I have a couple of extra bags).

Other places on the wall where we need to fill in/repair around ventilation pipes etc. will get B-bruk in two or three layers, that should work!

That's what I would have done too.

I had done as you described in the last post.
Form with a plywood on each side. Then make a chute on one side where you pour the concrete.
Fill up the entire chute when you cast. The day after, when you remove the formwork, break off the concrete that was left in the chute.
In this way, you fill up the entire cavity.

Feel free to use expanding mortar.
