Fix loose wall plug with quick-drying filler?

I was thinking of following this seemingly excellent tutorial to fix a loose plug: http://www.viivilla.se/Gor-det-sjalv/Renovering/Satt-fast-en-los-plugg-56966

The plug that has come loose is in the drywall and helps to hold up a hat rack along with three other plugged screws.

However, I only have a tube of Nordsjö quick filler at home to fill the hole. Do you think this is strong enough?

You don't attach a hatthylla with regular plugs in a plasterboard, use molly bolts or gipsankare.
