Finish nail in kitchen wall cabinet
Due to the ventilation duct, we had to modify the wall cabinets and move down the part that the cabinet will hang on the rail on the wall.
I thought the carpenter should make new holes for wooden dowels to attach the part that you hang the cabinet on. But instead, he attached it with brads (see circled in the picture).
Will it work just as well as if there were wooden dowels there? I don't want a cabinet to collapse when it's filled with china.

My thought is to use angle brackets in the cabinet to reinforce. But maybe that's overkill?
Yes, I must admit the picture wasn't the best. I'll attach a better one tonight.useless said:
But it's the back of a wall cabinet we're looking at. And the rule in the picture is actually positioned at the top of the cabinet. That is the rule that I will hang on the rail on the wall (alternatively just screw through the rule into the wall since there's plywood behind the gypsum).
But we needed to cut out the cabinets to allow the ventilation duct to pass. And then we also needed to move the rule down a bit on the cabinet. And now it's attached with brads instead of wooden dowels.
