Hello,
In my house, I have a basement ceiling construction with a 5 cm thick concrete slab (Erge flooring). Above that are the floor joists for the ground floor. A bit unusual, but oh well.
In this ceiling, I would like to now install some bolts for attaching various gym equipment that one can hang and pull on.
I was considering concrete anchors, but I'm not sure which one is suitable for such a thin concrete slab? Or should I consider going through the concrete, like with drywall anchors?
Any other suggestions?
