Has anyone replaced exterior wall sills themselves?
How difficult is it? What should you consider? What does it look like construction-wise? How do you remove the old sill (how is it attached)?
Wooden house with brick facade, slab on grade, -78

We swapped at our country house built in '69 almost 10 years ago. Maybe don't remember all the details. We were three people, one of whom was a carpenter (not me). Opened the interior wall a bit up, removed the insulation, sawed off the sill at each stud. Placed noggings between the studs, which we then lifted the house side with. Sawed away the pieces under the studs with a reciprocating saw. Laid felt against the bricks and inserted a new sill in about 2-meter lengths. Lowered the wall and nailed everything back. Don't know if it works for you because a pure wooden wall might be easier. We lifted with regular garage jacks, I think it was 3 of them.
