Currently planning for our house extension. 2 floors + basement, approximately 40 sqm building area. The owner of the construction company we usually hire has suggested that we might consider ordering prefabricated wall elements instead of building the extension with traditional timber.
In theory, it sounds like a smart idea, but how well does it work in real life? Has anyone done it?
