We are soon going to enclose our patio. But as you can see from the picture, one side is lower than the other. We want the same height for the glass all around and will therefore need to build down one side somewhat so that it aligns with the other side.

The fittings on the top of the glass will only be support/guide rails, so no one will be there.

What needs to be built is 90x360mm, so my idea is to join two 45mm studs that are attached to the ceiling, and then build on until it reaches the correct height.

What I am mostly wondering about is the best way to attach the studs to the ceiling? Brackets are the easiest, but they don't look nice at all. Is there a better alternative?

The stud attached to the ceiling will be 45x220mm, so it is not easy to pull the fastening straight through the whole stud.

I haven't done this before and feel like I don't have a good grasp of the options I have here.
