I am going to join two 3-meter countertops with over 10 dominos using white glue.

My issue is that the recommendation is to use regular white glue, I have Casco, with a drying time of 5 minutes. I feel that it's extremely little time to manage applying glue to all the dominos, fitting them together, applying glue to the long seam of the countertop, and then pulling everything together on my own.

Does anyone have a suggestion on what I should do? The material is oak.

5 minutes is enough. It's quite a long time anyway. The colder it is, the slower it dries as well. You can also glue just one side first, making it easier than having a lot of sticky glue and pieces moving around.

It was apparently 10 minutes on my bottle. So I went ahead. Just hoping I glued enough on the dominoes. It's under tension right now for a few hours. Will see the final result later.

Thanks!
