We made a partial payment of 21,955:- for exterior panels on November 12th. The same day, the order was confirmed and the company said it would take about 2 weeks to deliver after the order was placed.
No panels arrived, despite our repeated attempts to get the company to send them.
On December 21st, we emailed them a written demand for delivery with a 9-day extension. No response, and no solution from the company.
So, on December 31st, we canceled the purchase and demanded a refund. The company replied the same day, saying we would receive the money back as soon as their finance department was in place. But no money comes either, despite them promising they have transferred the money back...
The company is linked with 3 different businesses by the same person.
