We are in the process of making our entrance a bit larger. The house is a blue concrete house from 1960.

We need to put up the new walls, and later we will tear up the rest of the existing floor in the hallway to install underfloor heating, etc. But I have now removed a wall towards the bedroom and am considering what would be best.

1. Because there aren't "battens/floor joists?" everywhere our new wall will be installed to, can I then cut out the pieces shown in the picture and screw the wall studs directly into the concrete floor?

2. What insulation and construction method should I apply when I want underfloor heating later?

3. It is okay to have wooden studs directly against the concrete when they are above ground level, correct?

4. Should the walls/floor have some kind of moisture barrier/age-resistant plastic or something similar?

I may have missed something, but feel free to ask.

The red areas are what I have removed now, and the blue areas are where the new wall will be built. The reason I removed most of it is because they are blue concrete blocks, so I removed as much as I could during this project.

In principle, you are only moving the wall that is now behind the wardrobes. You can then make it look as it did originally, as there you probably won't need underfloor heating.
 
Well, they will need underfloor heating for the shoes you take off and such. There won't be any closet there, and the old wall was made of concrete blocks, so it's not the same construction method as framing, and that's where I'm not sure how to proceed.
 
Now I understand. I thought you were going to set up new closets, but turn them towards the hallway instead. If it’s 600mm CC between the studs, you can lay 22mm floor chipboard. Then frame a wall and cover it with OSB board and plaster. It's unnecessary to build the wall from the concrete floor, because you might get new ideas one day and then want to remove that wall.
 
How do I do it on the other side then? Like where the new wall folds up and then to the left. Because there are no studs there for the chipboard to rest on. That's why I was thinking about installing studs directly from the concrete. But if we disregard the fact that in a later stage you cannot change the wall without breaking up the floor. Is that construction a possibility then, and what should I consider?

You can add new rafters like those that already exist, to provide a solid foundation for the floorboards. Just make sure that the new and old rafters are at the same level.
