I'm going to build a mountain cabin and want a slightly more exclusive feel indoors. Instead of the more common wood paneling like pine, I would like the interior walls and ceiling to be in, for example, finer oak or some other type of hardwood.
Now to the question - where can I find something like this? I find it very difficult to find suitable wood panels that meet these requirements. There are floors that would fit the purpose visually - but I've received mixed recommendations on whether it is smart to use parquet flooring as ceiling/walls.
