Easiest way to get this screw out?

It won't be a huge hole if you follow the instructions in post 3. Screw the screw back in, tap the screw a bit so the molly plug straightens out as it was when it was placed, then just pull it out the same way it went in

I have never tried that, I've always taken the quickest way

Thanks for all the answers! Sounds like the safest option might be to push it in a bit and then cover it, so I'll go for that

Duo-max is otherwise my favorite from before.
Requires no tools to mount, works well for both single and double gypsum board, and when you want to remove it, you just pull out the plastic ring and cut it off.

Aren't plasterboard anchors even easier?
