Planning to buy a house with a facade wall in white mexi. During window replacement a few years ago, plastic windows without vents were installed, so the ventilation doesn't work. On the lower floor (split-level), the mexi brick extends all the way above the windows. Is there anything specific to consider when making a hole in mexi? Can it be done with a hole saw for stone? Or should I leave the job to professionals? I need to make 125 mm holes in two rooms (recreation room + bedroom) for fresh air vents and a smaller hole about 70 mm for an LLVP. I can't see any good alternatives to making holes in the facade wall.

An alternative, if it's too troublesome, is, of course, to install windows with vents; it's 2-glass plastic, so the cost isn't unreasonable.

I have done it with a hole saw for stone. No problems.
What can happen is that the joints break and stones come loose.
