Drill 110mm Hole in Leca

I am considering installing a wall vent in the recreation room of my split-level house.

The wall is made of Leca. The plan is to insert a 110mm spiral duct through the wall and a vent. How do I go about making the hole?
Is it possible to use a regular 110mm drill bit that is typically used for wood and drywall? Or is Leca too hard

I managed to drill with a regular hole saw, admittedly bimetal, but still.
After finishing the sawing, it was just time to throw away the hole saw.
I had to drill from both sides as the wall was thick.
