I am completely ignorant about houses and wonder if anyone can explain more about our foundation? Please see the attached image.
Slab on ground but is it considered insulated or uninsulated?
We have noticed that an area about 2 meters on the house foundation, approximately 10 cm high, often looks damp even though it is protected under the patio? I am afraid that moisture is creeping up into the foundation from the ground...
