Double floor chipboard + upstairs toilet
hey
I've laid 22mm chipboard flooring on the upper floor and plan to put 22mm grooved chipboard on top of it. Should I screw and glue it like the first layer?
There's going to be a bathroom upstairs as well, framed with 300cc, and there's also 22mm chipboard plus 22mm grooved chipboard to be installed there. I assume you can skip the floor gypsum and just lay metal sheets, pipes, reinforcement, and the screed?

Just lay one layer of chipboard and staple/clip the pipe directly into the chipboard. Prime, reinforce and pour directly on it to save time, money, and level.
