Bring on the suggestions now! I don't feel like paying around 15000 for a lousy little pair of doors...

No, unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to go much lower than 15,000. I have also searched quite a bit, but haven't made up my mind and ordered yet. It can't be "any garbage" either.

Included a post of 15,000:- in my calculation. Probably not much to do. Check with Skånska Byggvaror, they usually have good prices on doors & windows.

Bought from Elitdörren "Solberga" (width 140 cm) from our local hardware store for 11,600 SEK. It should be added that we buy everything for our house there and are pretty chummy with the boss...

If we are talking about front doors, I don't think you'll find one for under 15000:-. Not if you want a nice door with real panels and maybe even a transom. We paid 15 for ours, and it was a great deal from a local carpenter. It turned out great, 140x265 including the transom.

Check around in the villages if there's someone who knows how to craft doors! However, it probably depends on where you live in the country.

It is originally intended for balconies, but you can of course change the handle and put a regular door lock if you want.

If you want to replace your front door, you should expect to invest at least 15´ if you want a door that still works well after a few years and withstands daily wear and tear. Ideally, you want a door that lasts 15-20 years!
