If we are talking about front doors, I don't think you'll find one for under 15000:-. Not if you want a nice door with real panels and maybe even a transom. We paid 15 for ours, and it was a great deal from a local carpenter. It turned out great, 140x265 including the transom.
Check around in the villages if there's someone who knows how to craft doors! However, it probably depends on where you live in the country.

Bought glazed doors 140 cm for under 8,000:- at www.erafonster.com
It is originally intended for balconies, but you can of course change the handle and put a regular door lock if you want.
