Hello,

I have a hallway where I've removed the 17mm parquet and will be laying tiles instead.. they are usually around 9-10mm. so there will be a bit of a difference at the door frames. It's a new production, so no old moldings that belong to the fixtures.. =) so what do you think, how would you handle it?

  • Doorframe and wall corner in a hallway with removed parquet flooring, showing exposed subfloor and baseboard ready for tile installation.
Now you should probably have fix also that builds 4-5 mm as well, so it should match pretty well?

Right, I didn't think that far.. You're so right.

Fix probably builds a little less than that, but it might be enough. Otherwise, you can just change the door frames if it looks strange. Not a big operation.
