does it work with a staircase measuring floor to floor 2520 length 2800 or will it be too steep?

Assume that dividing the height 2520 by 13 risers results in 193.8mm and the length 2800 with 12 treads gives 233.3mm. A formula used in stair design is 2 riser heights + 1 tread width = 600-630mm. In your case, 193.8+193.8+233.3=620.9mm. It could work, is it a wind or basement staircase? If the treads are too narrow, under 240mm, it feels like there's not enough space for your feet when going down the stairs. Handrails on both sides are good for steep stairs/MLj

Is it possible to use laminated beech 38mm as steps? 850mm wide staircase? Or is it too weak?

Probably depends on how you intended with the vangstyckena. I have about 42mm bok in my staircase with the vangstycket in the middle. There might be a picture if you search here on the forum. That staircase feels very steep, I think it's 2.5x2.5m
