Hello.
I am going to rebuild a "friggebod" that I have previously dismantled and moved.
It was insulated before and it will be now as well.
I have fixed the piers and the joists, which are made of pressure-treated wood.
Now I will place polystyrene sheets between the joists at the bottom, then insulation, and then lay a subfloor of tongue and groove boards.
It has been raining and raining the past few days so the joists are wet...
The question is whether I can lay insulation and flooring when the joists are wet?
I am thinking it will dry from underneath since there is good ventilation below and no topsoil or grass left, just more sand-like material underneath.
Grateful for quick answers. It's dry today 😆

I wouldn't take the risk. There's a high chance of getting mold. Place a tarp loosely over it so it dries instead.
