Does oil-hardened masonite also breathe like regular?

Since it apparently was difficult to get answers to this (even outside the forum), I thought the manufacturer should definitely know.

Tried to call the Masonite factory to get answers, but their number now leads to a religious organization.
Is there any other factory in Sweden, or is everything imported nowadays?

I am more curious about the reason for the question than the answer to it.

It is significantly denser.
There are tables for this, but I don't have them here right now.

There are no "dead" materials that breathe. Only living beings do.

I'm going to install a plank roof underlay.
Many say to use regular for economic reasons.
Some say hardened for durability reasons.

But I don't want to risk it becoming suffocating and causing rot.
