Does anyone know what these wells are for?

We have two wells on the property, one well with a submersible pump in it. It is located between two downspouts a bit out on the lawn. When you pour water into the downspout, you see nothing.

The other well is also located between two downspouts, a bit out on the property. It looks a bit different. Like a regular drain.

Does anyone have a good idea what this might be?

Presumably the one with a pump is for stormwater/drainage. The other cleaning pipe is for the sewage from the house.
