A bit of follow-up. Unfortunately, I'm not done yet because it is so difficult to get hold of the stamp. I have to take time off work, rent a trailer, etc.
But the municipality approved the building notification, I have picked up a glue-laminated beam and everything is opened and I have decided how I want it.
And this was the result. I spent most of the time on the junction box up to the left. Steel pipes are nice and stable when they are in place. However, if you need to adjust them even slightly, it’s not as fun anymore.
The beam itself was no problem. 4 jacks on each side lifted the floor by a few millimeters without any issues so I could fit in some padding before lowering it again.
@Dsl: Fun with follow-up!
I've been following the thread and will be doing something very similar to what you've done this spring.
I have also been helped by this thread!
This is a superb forum!

This is an excellent forum!
I agree that the forum is excellent!
A tip I got from a construction colleague was to measure the height exactly first to ensure that you end up roughly at the same height afterwards. Unfortunately, I forgot this myself, got too eager when all the support posts were in place.
I may have pushed everything up a bit too much. The parquet flooring on the upper floor shows gaps (there were gaps before too, so I'm not sure) and I've got a crack in the newly plastered living room ceiling that is probably related to this job.
