Just buy gypsum boards, floor chipboards, and studs. These are cumbersome - but relatively cheap. It's quite easy to calculate how many square meters of each board are needed.

We don't have an upper floor.

I guess I should ask what they would have charged just to lift in the gypsum boards. If it's not too late?

If you just want the "lift" itself, you can probably deal with the crane guy on the construction day. This, of course, assumes that you get the delivery of your own materials before the roof trusses are installed.

It takes about 3 months to complete the interior of the house. You have plenty of time to choose wallpapers and paint. Are you going to buy this through A-hus or on your own?
