Does anyone know if decking 145x34 in G4-1 is available? I've been looking but only found 120x28.
I've been considering heartwood pine decking, does anyone have experience to share? Does it hold up well over time?
It feels like it's safest to choose pressure-treated of good quality to be on the safe side.

You probably have to go directly to the manufacturer. But the difference between G4-1 and G4-2 is quite marginal. There are a few more knots, but still of a harmless type. Decking made of kärnfur is more beautiful. I have used it in a sheltered location. It holds up well over time, but it almost requires a scientific investigation when you want to publicly express opinions about the differences. As a sacrificial board in a facade panel, kärnfur is an obvious choice over, for example, pressure-treated wood. I think 34x145 is almost always preferable over 28x120.
Pressure treatment only helps against rot. Generally speaking, it is quite poor wood compared to kärnfur. The way the deck is mounted is very important so that it can dry properly. I also have forest and sea nearby. I think that mostly affects the choice of screw quality. If you can get kärnfur, invest in it and do it carefully.
