You can always bolt wooden pieces together, BUT if it's in the height direction you mean, they will not act together as a single tall beam.
If it's in the width direction, you don't even need to bolt them, it's enough that they are nested together for them to work together.
BUT: It won't be strong enough for your construction with a 6.5 m span!

What do you mean by it doesn't work? The snow load is usually the determining factor, and if you also account for "betongpannor etc. = 0.9" and for example Överkalix 3.5, you get a significantly over-dimensioned construction and can manage with a beam of 90x315 and roof joists 45x195.
