Hello,
We have a pine staircase that makes a lot of noise when you walk on it. Each step you take causes the boards to make a clunky sound. Is there anything that can be done about this?
The staircase is about three years old and the steps are covered as we have storage underneath.
At first, I thought a stair tread mat would help, but when I think about it more, the actual problem is the steps/installation, so a mat wouldn't help in this case.
