Cutting holes in stone-based panels?

Hi,

I was wondering what the best method is for drilling holes in stone-bound panels. I have chosen aquapanel, but there is no information about hole drilling in their instructions.

I need to make holes for water pipes and drainage... from 15mm to 50mm i.e.

You can use regular round hole saws. However, they become dull rather quickly. Then there are also hole saws for tile and brick.
