My name is Thomas and I've been working as a carpenter for some time now. However, I work as a Timberman and haven't worked much with building houses.
I just wanted to ask quickly out of curiosity.
To make a curved wall indoors, i.e., a half-moon. Since I've fixed the frame, what do I use to achieve the curve? Plasterboard will just crack, right?
Grateful for any answers!

Then let's properly lift the thread...
My wife has decided she wants a curved corner on one of the walls. 90 degrees with a 60cm radius.
I've managed to Google that scored MDF exists but! It costs a fortune and is hard to find. 2500 and upwards for ONE sheet.
I need two since both sides of the wall need a sheet. I have access to a plunge saw with 2 connectable 1.4-meter tracks.
So the question is if you can make a scored sheet yourself. How deep do you think you need to saw? Does anyone have access to a scored sheet and can measure? The bought sheets seem to be 9mm thick. However, I was thinking of 12mm so they match standard gypsum. And how far apart should the grooves be?
