I intend to demolish the wall into a kattvind to get a larger bedroom. This is in a house from the 1920s with a gambrel roof.
The wall to the kattvind is about 60 cm out from where the roof meets the floor. The roof slopes steeply, and at the longest point, the wall is about 180 cm. Between the kattvind wall and the roof, there is raw boards everywhere. The kattvind wall itself is built of old planks and horizontal raw boards.

What do you think, load-bearing or not? It feels strange to put raw boards in the ceiling and on the slanted walls and then build a load-bearing wall to the kattvind, doesn't it?

When I did a sample check in the other kattvind walls, there are no planks, only horizontal raw boards. And in one corner of the house, the staircase is completely without a load-bearing "intermediate wall."
 
The question is probably not whether the "kattvindsväggen" is load-bearing, but whether the rafters' support legs are part of the load-bearing structure.
And they probably are.

So you should take a look at how the rafters are constructed and come back here :)
 
But isn't it strange that the "support legs" are not anchored in the roof truss itself?
They have installed tongue and groove in the roof and slanted wall, then they built the knee wall. With beveled edges, about a 30-degree slope.
 
When houses were built in the 1920s, they might not have had structural engineers involved. In our house from the 1917s, there are planks in all the walls, but very flimsy roof trusses and floor joists. When we removed our attic spaces as you describe, we reinforced the roof trusses by adding a 220 standard and added extra insulation. You will probably need to do something similar depending on your roof trusses.
