Since moving in, we have had cracks in the ceiling and walls. As far as I know, I don't have a neighbor with a bathroom above our hallway where the cracks are, but I'm wondering if there is any risk that the cracks are caused by moisture. If not, I wonder what the cracks are due to and how to easily get rid of them.
Looks like what happens when you paint with plastic paint on a surface that was previously painted with glue or lime paint. And where you haven't cleaned and primed properly.
