Countersunk French wood screw

Anyone know if there are French wood screws with countersunk head or similar?
I need to screw Stainless Steel railings into a wooden deck.
And they have countersunk holes in the feet or how do you do it?

Not rolls. Use stainless screws that fit in the countersinks. Will look best.

OK but there are no 8 or 10mm

Seems scarce with wood screws, but there are both M8 and M10 countersunk RF if you can manage to put a nut on the underside.

I know I work in the industry But not specifically towards wood construction that's why I wondered.
Strange they make such large holes and countersinks on a construction article

I would use a through bolt.
If it can be retightened.
