Hi! Not sure if I'm posting the thread correctly but taking a chance 
We are going to put up a plaster wall on the upper floor to divide an existing room. The wall will be 3 meters long and about 2 meters high. What can one estimate for material costs? We are thinking of budgeting regarding what we are going to do in the house. My father-in-law is going to help us so we don't need any labor costs..
Then we will also install a door (make an opening in the existing wall), we will get help with this too. How much does a "ready" door with frame and everything cost? :x

Thank you! And then I guess it's just about calculating the length? So studs are 6 meters at the top and bottom? Gypsum, do you use double boards or one? We have insulation left over from another project. We are completely new to this with houses and don't have much knowledge, but my father-in-law has more knowledge. However, he is abroad for a while so I can't ask him at all.

You need vertical studs at appropriate intervals. Use 90-width on the boards to make them less bendy. Boards for the wall should ideally be one layer of OSB/chipboard/plywood and one layer of drywall per side of the wall. Don't forget any electrical installations that may need to be modified or supplemented.
