Convert bathroom to bedroom and vice versa?

If you post the entire floor plan, someone might come up with another way to create a small bedroom. For example, would it be possible to combine the hallway and KLK if you open a door in the wall connecting to the hallway from above and move the bathroom door to the upper wall?

There's another bedroom there. I'd rather avoid making the bathroom only accessible from there.

Really disappointing this!
