I have a three-level house from 1965 with a steep slope.
Basement approximately 90 sqm
Ground floor approximately 90 sqm
Upper floor approximately 90 sqm building area, of which 50 sqm is living space and 40 sqm is attic
I am wondering what you think it might cost to convert the upper floor so that it all becomes living space?
The choice is either to build on what already exists on the house or to do a roof lift.
In combination with this, I want to extend the kitchen area on the ground floor by about 25-30 sqm.
Currently, there is a toilet on the upper floor and there I want to have a bathroom.
What does the building material for such a maneuver cost?
The upper floor is now unrenovated, so money will need to be spent on it anyway, and the roof is 20 years old, so it is something I will have to deal with sooner or later.
I can build 1 floor at 5.7 m and 2 floors with a total of 7.7 m, and I have building rights left on the plot, so it's not a problem.
I want to point out that the house is in very good condition, so I hope to be able to use what the house already has in terms of exterior walls.
