Contifloor v313 or v20

Hello everyone!

I'm renovating my bathroom and plan to lay 22mm chipboard, floor gypsum, sloping screed, moisture barriers, and tiles, but my question is...

Does the chipboard need to be impregnated (v313) or is the regular (v20) sufficient?
The moisture shouldn't go down into the floor, after all!
