I have an Eksjöhus Kvadraten where I want to open up a larger hole for the staircase to the upper floor than originally planned.
What I want to check is if the construction holds or if I need to fix something.
Checked with Eksjöhus and they do not handle questions regarding the renovation of existing structures.
Who should I contact to check the construction and the joist layer and reinforcement?
Who deals with such things, are they called building consultants or what do they call themselves?
