Hello
I am going to build a new toilet (just a WC, no shower or floor drain) on a wooden floor structure on the upper floor.
My question is whether there are rules for the overlap of wall/floor panels, or what would be most appropriate.
Due to the way the house is designed, I have framed the walls on the floors that connect to the toilet, but are there requirements that, for example, the floor panels in the toilet (where it is now torn up and only beams are present) should be laid first and then the wall panels connect down to the floor panel? Or is it best to overlap them, i.e., plywood on the wall, then the floor, and then the wet room panel down to the floor?
I have tried to read up on this but see different constructions in different places and even different ones in the same place.
For example, this one https://www.traguiden.se/konstrukti...ring/golv-och-blindbotten/golv-i-vatutrymmen/ and this one https://www.traguiden.se/konstrukti...ring/golv-och-blindbotten/golv-i-vatutrymmen/
This is how it looks now.
Exposed plumbing pipes and wooden frame on a construction site with debris on the floor, preparing for bathroom installation.
