I am renovating the basement and wondering how I should frame the interior walls in the corners. The old construction was according to option 1 but it has been extremely tricky to demolish because a wall panel cannot be removed before the stud in front is gone, and also one wall must be completed before the adjoining one can be started.
It feels more natural to build according to option 2 or 3 but what is the normal way to do it?!?
