As we approach the end of the house framework construction, I want to prepare for the upcoming balcony construction before I put on the wind barrier, and a few questions arise.

The balcony will be built "outside the joists," in the middle of a façade. Red line. On the side of the balcony, there is only a one-story section, marked with turquoise color on the façade drawing.

The frame is from the outside:
Facade panel
Vertical batten
Wind barrier
45 x 45 horizontal
45 x 220
etc.

The balcony should function as a roof for the underlying terrace and façade, so it should be sealed and have a gutter at the edge. The free corner of the balcony can be suspended either with a steel rod 45° upward to the façade, or alternatively with a post downward.

How would you construct this?

Unfortunately, I can't see your images/drawings.

But when you write
The balcony should be built "outside the joists"
I think it seems logical to place the balcony on posts and footings both on the inner and outer edges.
Then the inner beam can be fixed to the 220 joist with long lag screws.
Even the inner posts can be fixed to 220 joists if there are any properly placed.

What is "fasadskiva," by the way?

I can see them fine (two attached images). Is anyone else having trouble seeing them?

By facade board, I mean Cembrit's 8 mm through-colored fiber cement boards that are screwed onto the sparse panel.
