We are going to build an interior wall on which we will hang Elfa shelves that are intended to support around 50 to 75 kg in total.

How should we construct the wall so that it supports the Elfa shelves? Plaster + double 12 mm plywood, or something else?

Adjust the framework so you screw the rafters into the studs, then plywood + drywall is sufficient.
(The studs are usually placed cc 600 or 450)

Make a drawing of how you envision your Elfa system so you can see where the studs should be located in relation to the rafters (the vertical tracks where the brackets are hooked in)

Modern Elfa systems hang on a horizontal rail just like Ikea's kitchen cabinets. If you know where the studs are located, you just need to screw the rail into the studs and then hang the vertical tracks where you want them.

I think we will try to go with more "classic" wall rails that are screwed directly into the wall, without a horizontal rail. That way, we can adapt the rails more to where the studs are.
