I plan to take down the circled walls between the laundry room, drying room & vestibule. In the drawing, the current wall is labeled as a "Plattvägg."

The house is a small apartment building made of stone/concrete, built in 1950.

According to the drawings, should it be possible?

  • Blueprint of a small 1950s stone/concrete apartment building, highlighting walls in a laundromat area marked as "Plattvägg" for potential removal feasibility.
  • Blueprint of a small apartment building highlighting laundry, drying room, and corridor walls planned for removal, constructed in stone/concrete from 1950.
  • Blueprint of a small 1950s stone/concrete rental house, highlighting walls between laundry room, drying room, and hallway. Discussion of removing a "flat wall.
Flat walls mean that they are made of lightweight concrete elements. They are not load-bearing, as indicated by the reinforcement drawing at the bottom left.
