I want to build a conservatory from a ready-made frame from skånska byggvaror. I spoke with a friend who is very knowledgeable in carpentry. He said that since the ridge beam and roof beams need to be attached to the house roof, it would have helped to have a construction drawing to describe in more detail how this should be done and also how gutters, roofing felt, etc. should be laid.
If anyone has experience with this type of extension, I would be grateful for advice.
The conservatory will be built along one long side of the house and extend out from the house. The ridge and roof of the conservatory will thus extend over the house.
