Concrete house or wooden house

Hello!

I am going to build a new house for myself and have found a model that I like, it's a two-story wooden house. I was watching a bit on YouTube and started thinking about whether I should build with concrete instead of wood... There are many nice concrete blocks from, among others, Finja that are well insulated, etc., so now I'm throwing the question out here: what do you prefer to build with? What do you think I should build with, wood or concrete?

If you can lay bricks, I think you should build in concrete. If you can't lay bricks but can do carpentry, you should build with wood.

So it's very expensive if you need craftsmen to do the work, when it comes to masonry.

Bricklaying takes longer and the material is more expensive, but stone somehow feels secure.

Foreign bricklayers are indeed a way to reduce the cost that many use.
