In the premises we rent, we want to install 75 mm drainage pipes on the outside of the wall. However, there are two protrusions that are 300 mm thick, and I want to avoid going around them due to all the 90-degree angles that would form. Preferably, I would go straight through them for a proper slope in a straight line. The floor is newly sanded. Is it possible to do hole cutting without water cooling? The risk with water cooling is that the floor would be completely ruined.
First, you need to check with the owner about what they allow you to do. Secondly, you need to check what function the protrusions serve. It's rare to waste concrete on protrusions just for fun; they likely have some function to fulfill. Are they perhaps part of the load-bearing structure?
Once you know you have permission and can drill holes, just head to the nearest Cramo or equivalent and rent a hole saw for concrete. Just say that it should be used without cooling, and you'll get the right tool.

It is approved to drill in that diameter.Janus82 said:
