Hello! We are in the process of building a new house and there have been issues with the concrete slab. It has settled the most in the middle by 5 cm... it's a compensation foundation with 11 layers of foam plastic. Class 200 at the supports and otherwise Class 100 foam plastic. A geotechnical investigation has been done. Now to the question - are there industry standards or building regulations for compensation foundation? Other houses in the neighborhood have all the foam plastic overlapping. We only have about a 5 cm overlap on the foam plastic. Could this matter? Our foundation is more divided into zones, not like a single "cake" with foam plastic.

Does anyone have information on what regulations apply to the construction of compensation foundations?

Grateful for tips on regulations or literature about this!
